Weekly lessons
Every Monday you will receive your pre-recorded weekly learning module, which is roughly 20 minutes long.
Daily Practice
From Tuesday to Sunday you will receive pre-recorded guided practice videos. Practice time is roughly 10 minutes.
Group Coaching
Every Thursday there will be a live group coaching call on zoom, with me (Bellatrix). This will be 40 minutes long.
1-to-1 Coaching
Everyone who takes part in the course gets a 1-to-1 coaching call on zoom with me. I can't wait to meet you!

Group coaching calls will be on Thursday evenings for 40 minutes.
4th March cohort zoom call time: 8pm (UK time)
1st April cohort zoom call time: 7pm (UK time)

There are multiple pricing options, please choose honestly according to what you can afford.
The "full price" is £250, and the "lower income offer" is £150. Both of these options can be payed across two months if you choose.
